"Miss Stephanie" has been a practicing, ASHA certified, Speech Language Pathologist in Greensburg, PA since 2003. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Psychology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2001 and a Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology in 2002 from the University of Pittsburgh. Stephanie has extensive experience in the field of Speech Language Pathology acquired from working in several settings including private education, Westmoreland County early intervention, pediatric and adult outpatient clinic and acute medical hospitals. After being approached many times from families in Westmoreland County to provide private services, Stephanie decided to create Caring Communication Services to be available when needed. While her understanding, knowledge and experience provide a foundation and basis for her therapy, Stephanie's passion and love for children bring her skills to life. Stephanie's primary focus is on the importance of building relationships with her clients and their families. She believes that every child in Westmoreland County deserves to communicate and that it is never too late. Miss Kaeli brings valuable experience working with children, including time spent in early intervention supporting children aged 3-5 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa majoring in Speech and Hearing Science with a minor in Psychology. She then earned her Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Pittsburgh. She has a strong foundation in early speech and language development, helping children build functional communication skills while working closely with families to support carryover in everyday settings. Kaeli is passionate about using engaging, play-based, and individualized approaches to help children communicate with confidence. Both Speech Language Pathologists are licensed to practice speech therapy in the state of Pennsylvania, hold a PA teaching certification of the Speech and Language Impaired and have their Certificates of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. The mission at Caring Communication Services is to empower the children in Westmoreland County with the best way for them to communicate. Whether it be through verbal words, intelligible speech, sign language, pictures or technology.
